Ausallium specializes in the production and supply of high quality vegetable and herb seed for the microgreen, baby leaf and vertical farming industries.

Created by three close friends in Melbourne, Australia – all passionate about horticulture and the seed industry – Ausallium first opened its doors in 2019. Since then, we have grown into one of Australia’s largest microgreen, herb and baby leaf suppliers. 

Following our success across Australia and internationally with the establishment of our European base in the Netherlands, we are thrilled to bring our expertise directly to the American market from our new home base in Missouri. From here, we are able to supply US growers directly, offering a range of microgreen and herb seed products for vertical farmers, open field and greenhouse producers across all states. 

In addition to microgreens and herbs, we also offer a select range of baby leaf products.  Working alongside our breeder, we have recently released a range of arugula, lettuce and other baby leaf products for commercial growers - suited to both open field and hydroponic production.

Having supplied commercial growers on a global scale, we are aware of the importance and impact that seed has on the final product. For this reason, our focus on quality is paramount. We have developed strong relationships with our global grower network. This enables us to provide American farmers with a consistent, year round supply of the industry’s most sought after varieties. 

Our commitment to our standards is backed by strict quality control measures across all of our products. Each seed lot is tested regularly to ensure germination rates remain high and ISTA purity standards are maintained. By doing so, we are able to supply seed lines that are fresh and high yielding. All seed is supplied raw and chemical-free, unless otherwise requested.

We work closely with our customers and chefs to ensure our range is current and in line with market demands. Our passion for what we do results in a personalized approach to customer service and allows us to develop strong relationships with all of our growers.
