Refund & Returns Policy

At Ausallium USA, we stand behind the quality of our genetics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the return process.

1. 21-Day Return Window

We offer a 21-day return policy, giving you 21 days since purchase date  to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that some items are exempt from our return policy

  • Discounted items 
  • Perishable goods 
  • Items with visible wear or damage  

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our sales team at orders@ausallium.com.

  • Instruction: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damages and Product Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us at orders@ausallium.com if:

  1. The item is defective or damaged.
  2. You receive the wrong item.
  3. The seed count or variety does not match your order.

We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right through a replacement or refund.


4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Perishable Goods: This includes live plants, flowers, and certain biological materials.
  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items are final sale.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note to Growers: Given the biological nature of seeds, if a vacuum-sealed or professional sachet has been opened, the item may no longer be eligible for return due to the risk of moisture contamination and germination degradation.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the variety or product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.


6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at orders@ausallium.com.
